I submitted a ticket because our washing machine wasn't fully draining and my sink sprayer was leaking. The maintenance was out the very next day and immediately replaced my leaking sprayer and was able to replace our washing machine the day after that.

After a bad storm I was worried about taking care of the damage to the house, even though it wasn't too bad. All County helped facilitate getting everything looked at and the damage resolved. I'm out of state and sometimes travel out of country so it is reassuring to have a professional help with the unit, even when there is not a major problem.

All County did an excellent job getting a tenant within two weeks of signing up. So far, the overall best part is the communication. They get back to you usually the moment you text, call, or email her but absolutely no later than 24 hours. This is a big help if you have something going on or need to check on the property and you're somewhere on the other side of the world.
