Laura Baron ~ Owner/REALTOR/Employing Level Broker/Property Manager

Laura Baron is the Owner and Employing Broker of All County Denver Metro Property Management, bringing more than a decade of experience and a hands-on approach to serving rental property owners. She has managed approximately 1,000 properties throughout her career and helped investors acquire and sell over 100 properties across the Denver metro area. Laura combines practical expertise with clear communication and a commitment to protecting her clients’ investments. She leads a collaborative team focused on efficient systems, accountability, and personal service, building lasting client relationships and a supportive workplace.

Emily McMichael

Emily McMichael is the Lead Office Administrator and Leasing Specialist at All County Denver Metro Property Management. She helps owners find well-qualified tenants while keeping listings, leasing leads, and client communication on track. With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Emily supports team coordination and daily office operations. She also assists the Employing Broker with notices, written documentation, and recordkeeping, helping ensure consistent follow-through and responsive service.

Jake McMichael

Jake McMichael is a dedicated Showing Agent who has worked with All County Denver Metro Property Management for several years. He conducts property showings and inspections, organizes information for accurate recordkeeping, and checks property condition to support quality control. Jake is committed to helping owners get their homes rented promptly to well-qualified tenants, bringing attentive service and reliable follow-through to every property he represents.

Andy Hirsch

Andy Hirsch is the Front Desk Team Lead at All County Denver Metro Property Management, providing attentive, white-glove service to landlords, tenants, and everyone who contacts the office. He excels at coordinating incoming communication, connecting clients with the right team members, and ensuring inquiries receive timely attention. With exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to client care, Andy helps create a welcoming, professional experience from the first point of contact.

Evan Warriner

Evan Warner is the Maintenance Coordinator at All County Denver Metro Property Management, overseeing day-to-day maintenance communication and after-hours maintenance needs. He coordinates with tenants, owners, and vendors to keep repairs moving efficiently and everyone informed. With a focus on responsive service and careful property upkeep, Evan helps support tenant satisfaction, protect owners’ investments, and maximize long-term returns.
