I am Clay Wells, owner-operator of All County Great Plains Property Management. I've been a hands-on landlord in the Kansas City area since 2006, and in April 2022 I opened All County Great Plains to bring that same level of personal attention to more property owners across the Kansas City metro, on both sides of the state line.
Property management takes more time and expertise than most owners can give it while also holding down a full-time job — that's the gap I built this company to fill. My approach is built on clear communication and setting the right expectations up front, for owners and residents alike, because that's what actually prevents the problems that make self-managing or working with the wrong company so frustrating.
With two decades of direct landlord experience behind the business, I know this market from the owner's side of the table, not just the property manager's — and that perspective shapes how we run every property we manage.
